Orders and Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom using Free Shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and take a further 3–8 business days in transit. Estimated total delivery time is 4–10 business days. Orders placed after the 3:00 pm cut-off may begin processing on the next business day.

Returns and Damaged Orders

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. If you placed the wrong order or selected the wrong size, colour, or product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For return instructions, please email us with your order number.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us as soon as possible. Please submit damage claims within 7 days of delivery where possible, so we can investigate promptly. This request does not affect any rights you may have under consumer law.
